My name is Concubhar O Liatháin. I’m a forty two year old Irish man living in Cúil Aodha in the West Cork Gaeltacht, Múscraí. I’m married to Caroline and we have two children, Art(5) and Danú(2). I used to be the editor of an Irish language daily newspaper, Lá Nua. Now I’m the manager of Comharchumann Forbartha Mhúscraí and I also edit an Irish language blog, iGaeilge.
This blog is about an adventure I’m undertaking from tomorrow – I want to become two thirds the man I am today by losing approximately seven stone weight.
